Our Team Learn about the different kinds of health professionals working for the PCN, what they do, and what you can expect when you have an appointment to see them. We also list which health care professionals we have working in each of our communities, so you can see which ones are available to you.
Find a Doctor You can find a list of all medical clinics and doctors associated with our PCN on this page. Clinic information such as address, phone number, and hours are presented. For each doctor, you can see if they are accepting new patients and what languages they speak. If you are looking for a new doctor, this is the place to go.
Programs and Classes We offer many different group programs and classes, such as exercise classes and programs targeting specific health conditions. All the information you need to see if these programs may be of interest to you can be found in this section. Learn what the programs and classes are about, when and where they are being offered, and how to register.
Events To see an overview of our programs and classes, as well as one-time events we are offering or participating in, come to this page. There are two ways to view everything: a calendar view and a list view. The calendar view will show you all of our scheduled programs, classes, and events on the days that they run, so you can quickly see everything happening in an entire month, week, or day at a glance. The list view will show the same information, just presented in a different way. Try out both views and see which one works best for you.
